Location

Hirtle Lake is part of the LaHave River tributary which runs from its source in Annapolis County through the peninsula in a Northwest to Southeast direction into the Atlantic Ocean in Riverport. Hirtle Lake is approximately 3.5 kms long by 1.5 kms wide and is fed by Smith Brook on the Northwest end of the lake and drains into Seven Mile Lake through Demones Run on the South end. This stunning natural lake provides great opportunity for canoeing, kayaking, fishing and swimming.
